  • Brachytherapy
    Brachytherapy is a procedure that involves placing radioactive material inside your body. Brachytherapy is one type of radiation therapy that’s used to treat cancer. Brachytherapy is sometimes called internal radiation.It is a Combined service with OB-GYNE physicians
    Scheduling & pre – operative preparations c/o cancer center
    Direct to room admission (with prior doctors orders)
    Confined in a private deluxe for 2 – 3 days

  • Radioactive Iodine Therapy
    Radioactive Iodine treatment (RAI) is a common way to treat differentiated forms of thyroid cancer (papillary & follicular). RAI treatment destroys any remaining thyroid cells (both normal and cancerous) after surgery, minimizing the risk of the cancer coming back. It is also called ablation therapy.Low dose and high dose radioactive iodine (RAI) therapy c/o physician on – board

  • In-patient Chemotherapy

  • In-patient Blood transfusion
    A blood transfusion is a routine medical procedure in which donated blood is provided to you through a narrow tube placed within a vein in your arm. This potentially life-saving procedure can help replace blood lost due to surgery, injury or blood dyscrasias.
  • Long Term Radiotherapy
    Radiation therapy (also called radiotherapy) is a cancer treatment that uses high doses of radiation to kill cancer cells and shrink tumors. Clients located far from the city may opt to be admitted in the unit to complete the recommended number of RT treatments.
