Cardiothoracic Surgery
Diagnostic cardiac catheterization (coronary angiogram)
Conceived in 2002 with the vision of making available in Davao City facilities and services to accurately diagnose heart abnormalities and ailments, treat and manage such coronary ailments thru the same, if not better, technology and professional competence available in Manila, at costs lower than there prevailing. The Institute brings under one roof the following services:
- Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab)
- Cardiac Diagnostic Center (CDC)
- Cardiovascular Surgery Unit (CV OR)
- Coronary Care Unit (CCU)
- Nuclear Medicine Department
- Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
- All the Units and Departments are individually managed by specialists in their respective disciplines and staffed by personnel who continually update themselves with the latest research and trends in the medical field through technical trainings and fora.
